YOU ROCK MAN
*Watches again.*
I enjoyed watching your Youtube video on The Megaman Network. Your perspective on X's personality and combat abilities opens up a new realm of possibilities for him. I look forward to watching the sequel(s) to this video and I hope you will make more animations/movies with X and his friends.
Happy Holidays!
The character models were really well done. The fighting was smooth and well choreographed. I loved how you made X use both busters and how creative/inventive you got combining his dash into his fighting style. (Nice touch on adding Kos-mos's machine guns too.) A lot of the sound effects were pulled right from the games and just made everything sound so much better. Speaking of sound effects, hits had this very satisfying sounding clang of metal on metal which just brought the combat up a level to make it sound like X was hitting really hard, that was a nice touch.
All in all, music was probably the "weakest" element, and I say weakest very loosely because it was not bad by any stretch (merely I'm just not a fan of that style, so personal bias there sorry). I did sort of expect a certain X5/X6 theme to play when the capsule opened (even if it would have been a bit too obvious a choice). But not having it really didn't hamper that fight at all.
Overall, very well done. Thank you for taking the time to work on that and share it with us all. I wish you well in future productions and endeavours. I do hope that you'll at least consider making a follow up video because that would be awesome.
